Very central location, courteous and nice staff who will freshly cook a number of items on request. Separate room with great view, great showers and a bathroom.

The breakfasts are delicious and great in the hotel, with an excellent variation, gluten free bread available and fantastic offerings. Please let the amicable and outstandingly accommodating staff know of my gratefulness for a wonderful stay. The location is magnificent, in an alley that makes amazing Jian Bing.

The rooms are well-equipped and have world class views.

Suitable accommodation for a long stay. Reasonably spacious and updated room with very comfy beds.

Our room was top-notch and stylish, available with a great view, a king sized bed and elegant bathroom.

Had large breakfasts with so many options. Hopefully the room was well-appointed and top-notch with great showers, nice views, a window towards Renmim Park. The hotel's location was central, very close to the Metro.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, yet everything was good. The staff was welcoming and fast, offered amazing services. The vegetarian breakfast was great with gluten free bread available. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of a public square.

The hotel had a very central setting right near the Nanjing pedestrian street. The beds were lovely and the room itself was spacious and silent. The pool was amazing and I had good drinks in the rooftop bar.

The staff were professional up until the day we left. The breakfast spread was delicious and large, with lots of good options.

Thank you very much for the very nice stay on our first visit to Shanghai in January 2019. They serve delicious breakfasts for all tastes with daily fresh made noodles and western food, for instance. The location is stunning, 1 km from a large public square. A nice comfy base for our trip, would come back for sure.

The value for money was excellent, the rooms were great and the location was unbeatable. The staff, especially Cindy at the front desk, went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost phone.

The breakfast could be improved by having a proper shower instead of a bath with a cheap shower curtain.

The venue is clean, the staff is competent and delightfully helpful. It is a classic building, the rooms are well-appointed with a bed. The sky bar makes the alcoholic drinks.

Convenient location in the center, close to the subway station and major attractions. The pool is great.
